Getting Rid of Ants

I work in the pc industry and in my own home I only use Borax laundry detergent and sugar. I mix it half and half leaving it dry and put little piles (maybe 2 tablespoon each) outside along the foundation of my home.

The sugar acts as bait and, being ants are a colony insect, they take not only the sugar but the Borax back to the next and kill it off.

I like this method best because it draws the ants outside. If I put in down in the afternoon by the evening I do not see any ants, and reapply after it rains.

If I run out of laundry detergent I can always use the Borax detergent to wash my clothes.
